[tapping an imaginary microphone] uhhhh is this thing on??? hahaha just kidding. we like to have fun here. i'm writing this right now mostly cus i just don't want to do my calc homework (it doesn't even look like a hard one today, i'm just lazy :-P), but also whenever i start adding stuff to this site, i get sucked in and want to add one gazillion different things before i finally stop. it's fun!
as for why i made this site In General, social media is bumming me the fuck ooooouuuuut. both of the ones that i use (twitter and tumblr) are going down the drain, and even i, a guy who is like a thermal vent bacteria when it comes to staying on social media sites, am getting tired of it. i'd like to have a place to post art and silly thoughts that isn't at the whim of a dozen guys who are completely out of touch with their sites' userbases (and also have enough money to buy the sun). plus learning how to do whatever nonsense i want on html is probably a better use of my time than endless scrolling.
... that's all i have to say right now i think LOL. lord give me the strength to finish my calc homework before i add another page to this site. and if you're reading this, go listen to that song i linked! it's really good!

hiiii holy shit i did not realize it had been exactly a month since the last journal entry. wow. just here to say that i swear i am trying to work on this site more... it's still not finished enough to post a link on my blog i don't think, but i have been updating some of the gallery (specifically the hivemind and quadeca section since. that's all i've been drawing. lol). hopefully i will have all the gallery sections up soon, sometimes i just look at all the stuff i need to upload and get overwhelmed. but it's cool
ANYWAYYYYY since it's been so long since the last entry, it's actually the start of the FALL semester now and i'm so ready. last semester was one that i just wanted to be over with, it was not enough work so i was always bored, but i also hated doing what little work i was assigned. fucking sucked. plus campus is suuuuuper dead during summer, which wasn't great since i was already lonely. now that people are back i can finally go to club meetings and try to find new friends (or maybe more... [flushed emoji]). i'm manifesting a crazy fat faggot fall for myself, tbh
well that's it for me i think. will try to get the site all set up before like... october? that's my pseudo-deadline. but i also have less free time due to school (which is a double-edged sword of 'yay i have stuff to do' and 'Oh God I Have Stuff To Do'), so we will see how that pans out. either way, i hope to add some more silly pages so i can use this as a creative outlet that isn't visual art. i think that'd be fun.
